**Wild Women Paddle Retreat**
Escape and recharge with our day paddle adventure & retreat along the beautiful River Way in Surrey. You’ll paddle 9 km from Godalming Wharf surrounded by lush greenery and maybe spotting the odd duckling or heron along the way, all while honing your paddle skills. Connect with like-minded women on this unique adventure, forge new friendships, and create lasting memories.
This experience goes beyond the paddle though as there is an invitation to join in a guided mindfulness practice while floating on your board. Tune into the sounds of nature while letting go of the daily grind and be fully present on the water. Your hosts will also bring in a sprinkling of nature connection principles with a a bit of gentle playfulness along the way.
Whether you’re an experienced paddler or just love being on the water, this retreat is all about fun, laughter, and embracing the wild spirit within you.
Your hosts are:
Clare

Clare is passionate about connecting others with nature to understand our interconnectedness with our wild spaces. She aims to guide you to spot ‘glimmers’ in nature that help you to self regulate and reduce stress.
Jo
